Picking lists, Scan & Pack lists, and Production lists are now part of our Advanced Fulfillment system, the best order processing system on the market.

available from the Conquer plan

Smart Picking🔎

By enabling this option, when you select your orders in the "Orders" tab, all the products in those orders are grouped together in product lists to help you grab items from your warehouse in one go - it's the most efficient and quickest way.

You will see them like this in the Picking tab:

By clicking on a group, you will be able to see all the products and their quantity to be checked/scanned:

This will make it easy to select items in your warehouse by using a barcode scanner or you can use a phone/tablet to move around the warehouse with this digital listing, giving you maximum convenience.

You can also choose whether you want to group your products by SKU or by barcode in the Picking list for scanning.

Advanced Packing📦

The Advanced Packing feature allows you to scan products in your warehouse for fast and error-free packing.

  • →Note:

By scanning your products as you pack your order, Outvio will validate the products and automatically print the shipping label when the last product in the order is scanned.

In these settings you can configure picking with baskets, whether you want to process single and multiple item orders separately, print shipping labels automatically after scanning your products, allow manual packing, display order message and close package after scanning products.

We explain some of these points below:

  • Picking with baskets:

To use this functionality you must have activated the Picking List

If you activate this option, you must specify the number of baskets available and the number of products per basket that you have in your shopping carts.

When picking, Outvio will show the amount of products selected and will organise them according to the baskets in your shopping cart:

Then, when you scan and pack, Outvio will show you the basket to start scanning.

  • Process single item orders and multi item orders separately:

By activating this option, Outvio will separate orders with a single item from the products of orders with more than 1 item in the Picking list.

  • We recommend using this option as it speeds up the processing of orders. Selecting this option will change how the Picking Lists work. Similarly, if you use your own picking system, you will need to ensure that it separates products from single-item orders before you start packing.

  • Print shipping labels automatically after scanning the last product for the order:

Activating this option speeds up the packaging process, but it means that:

    a) All single-item orders will be packed in the same type of package.

    b) Once an item of a single item order has been scanned, it will not be possible to skip that order.

  • Settings for manual picking and missing barcodes:

This function allows you to mark your items as scanned without having scanned them:

    • Note: for this the order must contain at least 1 product with barcode or SKU

  • Settings for order message display:

If you sell customized products, you can pass this field to us from your cms and Outvio will display it on the screen as an internal message when scanning the products:

Listas de producción🧾

If you activate this option, Outvio will generate a production list when processing your orders, showing detailed information on the products needed to prepare or produce for each order.

  • The list will be automatically generated when you send orders to the Picking List or Shipping Queue tabs and you can find it in History tab by filtering by Documents:
